Besides using the Harmony™ system's 540nm and 570nm AFT handpieces, I use the Q-switched Nd:YAG handpiece for any dark lesions, and the 1064nm Nd:YAG wavelength for stubborn veins on the face. Some of the other machines cost two to three times as much. In this day and age, patients have a finite cost that they are willing to bear for treatment.
